ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!
I just wanted to provide feedback for my hair appointment last Thursday, July 8th. It was my first time in the salon and I worked with Nicole Fragnito. She was absolutely wonderful and extremely professional. I am very happy with how my hair turned out and it was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back to see Nicole!! Everyone at the salon was extremely friendly as well- especially the front desk and hair washers.

A REMINDER OF WHY I COME TO H&F...
Hi Frances. Yesterday I came for my every 4 weeks appointment. As always, the visit was a positive experience. I was running a few minutes late and I called to let Matt know. You answered and told me not to worry and to take my time and be safe. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile as always. I had a migraine headache which was getting worse. I had taken a migraine med but it simply wasn't working. Matt offered me Tylenol and caffeine ( = Gisella must have noticed that I was quieter than usual and came over to the table while my hair was processing to check on me. She gave me more Diet Coke (caffeine!!!). When it was time for my shampooing I thanked Gisella for the Diet Coke refills and told her that I had a headache. She was amazingly helpful. She always gives a great shampoo, but yesterday she spent extra time and massaged my head in exactly the right places. When she finished, the headache wasn't completely gone, but it was much better. When I thanked her for her extra attention she very modestly accepted the compliment and thanks. As always my color,cut, and style from Matt were perfect. When I checked out Mary was friendly and helpful as she always is. By the time I left my headache was completely gone. I love coming to Hudson and Fouquet for many reasons, and I think that my experience yesterday explains why. Thanks to all of you for the excellent service that you provide. Please give a special thanks to Gisella for noticing that I wasn't quite myself and for the much needed extra long head and neck massage! See you in 4 weeks.

Your team does a wonderful job. From the well organized and courteous scheduling coordinator and reminders, being on time, the small touches that Marta gives with the back massage and aroma therapy, to the shampoo massage and certainly the great haircut, I only wish I could get my hair cut more often! You run a great business and have a great team.

I was very impressed with everything at the salon, and the experience could have been much different. To begin with, I had the appointment on my calendar at 2:30, and when I arrived, Mary advised that my appointment was actually at 1:30. While many salons would have rescheduled for another day, Mary went out of her way to make sure that Fern could still handle my color and cut that same afternoon. I'm not sure if it was my fault, but Mary went out of her way to make me feel like it was really nothing that couldn't be fixed right away. Fitting me in anyway was particularly impressive inasmuch as the salon is obviously a very busy one.
Fern was a delight. She did a great job on the color, cut and style, and she went out of her way to introduce me to everyone at the salon. I will definitely come back. I don't think that I've ever had such a positive experience at a salon. I know that this is a routine followup email, but thank you for the opportunity to let you know about my experience at Hudson & Fouquet. I've been going to DC all these years, and now I know that there is a real gem right in my Annapolis back yard!
