We understand that life happens and that you may not be able to keep your reservation. We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours of notice, in these circumstances. Last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ leave gaps in our stylist’s schedule that we are unable to fill in without sufficient notice. Thank you for considering your stylist’s time, as well as helping us better serve you and your fellow clients.

Cancellations or Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation may result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services. ‘No shows’ will result in limited scheduling abilities for future bookings, as well as a 100% service charge for the missed reservation.

Due to the product & time required for Brazilian Blowouts & Keratin smoothing treatments, we require payment in advance. Of course we guarantee our work. As with all reservations, we ask for 24hr notice of any adjustments. Any changes within 24hrs will result in partial or full loss of the prepayment.
