RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

We understand that life happens and that you may not be able to keep your reservation. We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours of notice, in these circumstances. Last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ leave gaps in our stylist’s schedule that we are unable to fill in without sufficient notice. Thank you for considering your stylist’s time, as well as helping us better serve you and your fellow clients.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

Our goal is to provide you with beautiful hair that makes you happy. If you are unsatisfied with any result, please notify us within 5 days of your initial visit. We are happy to make complimentary adjustments within 2 weeks of the original service date. Due to the nature of our industry, and that all services require our stylist’s time, we do not offer refunds for our services.

SIGNATURE BLOWOUT WITH COLOR

Color services include a blowout with an H&F Apprentice or Associate level stylist, subject to availability. If you prefer to see your colorist or a specific stylist for a Signature Blowout, please let our Guest Services team know to ensure you are scheduled appropriately. Signature Blowouts are subject to a service charge.

YOUNG H&F GUESTS

Adolescent guests receiving any color service must be accompanied by their parent for the stylist consultation & to agree upon the proposed plan before services can begin. Their parent also must be present to provide payment at the end of the service. Please allow proper time in your schedule to spend in the salon with your young adult.

HOME CARE EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We want you to be happy with the Home Care you purchase from us. If you would like to try another product, your purchase can be exchanged for another, at any time. For a refund, the product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The refund will match the original purchase price. Extension hair is non-refundable.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be purchased multiple ways; in salon, online through our website, or by phone. Gift cards may be redeemed for services and Home Care. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash and are non refundable.

REWARDS PROGRAM

Points are accrued with every dollar you spend within the salon, as well as by referring your Friends & Family to us. You can save up your points to receive free products and services. These include various travel size products and masks, along with Kerastase and Oribe conditioning treatments. Points are non transferable. All points expire at the end of each year.

PARKING

Annapolis Location: Parking is available on the street in front of the salon and in the Knighton Garage behind the salon. Street parking is paid for through the PARKMOBILE app, zone 1234, and has a 2 hour maximum. If you are receiving services longer than 2 hours, we suggest parking in the garage.
