Yes! Gift cards are availabnle in any amount and can be used for both services and products - the perfect gift for any occasion.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for evenings and weekends. Our most in-demand stylists may book out even further, so pre-booking is encouraged.
What professional products do you use and sell?
We produly use salon-exclusive, high performance products that support hair health and longevity of your style. Our team is happy to recommend take-home products to maintain your look between visits. See our "take-home" page for more.
What if my hair doesn't turn out the way I expected?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn't feel quite right, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. We'll gladly make adjustments to ensure you love your look.
Can I request a specific stylist?
Absolutely. We encourage you to find a stylist whose expertise and personality fit your needs. If you're unsure, our guest services team will help you match with the right professional.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedulling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, as our stylists reserve that time just for you. See our "policies" page for more.
Do you offer consultations before booking a service?
Yes! Complimentary consultations are available and encouraged - especially for color services, transformations, or new guests. We'll help you determine the best service and stylist for your needs before booking.
What should I expect during my first visit?
From the moment you walk in, you'll be warmly welcomed and offered a beverage. Your stylist will conduct a personalized consultation to understand your hair goals, lifestyle and preferences. Every appointment includes luzury shampoo, schalp massage, and expert recommendations tailored to your hair type.
Where should I park?
Parking differs by which H&F location you visit. Our Annapolis location has street parking powered by ParkMobile, as well as parking at the Knighton Garage powered by Metropolis. Look for the QR codes as you exit the garage.
Our Arnold & South River locations are regular lot parking.
